Went to the beach today.  It was really nice out.  The water was a little too cold, so we just sunbathed.  Then we went to Outback for dinner.  I had:
Dinner:
Salad with iceberg, romaine, tomato, red onion, cucumber (and yes, I had a few of those delicious crutons!) with fork dips of honey mustard.
A cup of sauteed mushrooms
2 slices of brown bread.
Since I didn't get lunch or an afternoon snack I'm pretty confident that my calorie count is still under 1,000 today, so I may have a peice of fruit or something later.
