Lot's of other people are saying what they eat every day so I think I'll do it too.

Here's what I had today:

Snickers bar x 2 = 542 cal
piece of cheese = 80 cal
arancini x 2 = 400 cal
6 cups of coffee with cream no sugar = 180 cal

Total so far = 1202 cal

Probably will not eat again today unless I work out. My favorite were the snickers bars. :cheers2:

bad choices! No offense but TWO snickers bars was overkill, let alone one. You could definitely eat much more satiating food then that.

Why stop at 2?

If I were you, I would have bought a four pack and ditched the arancini and coffee.

Live a little bud!

Not to the point that it would restrict me from eating a real meal. I usually eat 5 to 6 meals a day and the calories are usually under 1400. Seems silly to replace a meal with a candy bar that will only keep me feeling hungry. I hope you don't eat like this on a daily basis :(. Kinda sad to see.

Well to tell you the truth I would've preferred a 250 calorie turkey sandwich to the snickers but I don't have the time or the money to provide those to myself when I get hungry. The snickers are as much convenience as sustenance. Yes I do eat like that on a daily basis most days. Sometimes I'll vary it with donuts, or jerky, or bananas.

I can't ditch the coffee. Coffee is the base of my own personal food pyramid. Without coffee, there can be nothing else. And the arancini was more like a snickers substitute so in a way I technically DID eat 4 snickers.

Today I ate:

snickers bar x 1 = 271 cal
piece of cheese x 1 = 80 cal
4 cups of coffee = 100 cal
1 Baja Fresh burrito = ~1000 cal (whoa!)
2 cookies = 400 cal
1/2 cup of milk = ~70 cal

That's a lot more than I usually eat but I figured it was ok since I lost one more pound than I thought I could this week. It's nice not feeling so hungry right now.

I should probably also include my exercise:

1 hour of walking

Ok, then my tip is learn how to cook.

Hell, I eat junk too but least mine is balanced with real foods as well.

I see FAR too few vegs or anything that is 'healthy' except the milk and the cheese.

You and my kid would get along quite well, you have the same tastes in food. I hope he finds a wife while he's young and saves himself from a life of snickers for meals *smiles* That being said, with the right grocery shopping prowess you can have a turkey sandwich everyday for a week for the price of a couple of candy bars.

Today I ate:

1 snickers bar = 271 cal
1 burrito = 1000 cal
5 cups of coffee (no sugar, yes cream) = 150 cal

Oy I need something besides these burritos, they're too many calories.

Today I ate:

1 snickers bar = 271 cal
1 steak quesadilla = 1200 cal! more than the darn burrito I usually get. The whole reason I got it was because I thought it would fewer calories. Guess I learned my lesson.
5 cups of coffee = 150 cal

1 hour of walking as usual

It is not my place to lecture you so I am not going to sit here and tell you how God AWFUL your food choices are... hell I make mistakes once in awhile... get starbucks or eat some sponge cake that I really don't need, but I don't make bad food choices EVERYDAY. Anyway, I am happy you are losing weight and counting calories, but I advise you to be careful because eating all that craptastic sugar can def lead to diabetes and other health issues. Also, on the foods you are eating you are most likely losing muscle and lean mass (very bad) and keeping your fat... therefore, you are just as fat as before just lighter because your muscles are eating themselves since you are not feeding them properly.

Anyway, enjoy your snickers and goodluck.

Ok thanks! BTW I already have diabetes, type 2. My medication sometimes makes my glucose drop too low and the candy bars really help me feel better.

So today I ate:

1 snickers bar: 271 cal
1 chicken burrito: ~800 cal
6 cups of coffee: ~180 cal
4 chicken strips: ~225

I cant seem to eat less than about 1400 calories a day no matter what I try.

Walked 1 hour
Eliptical'd 45 min
Weights 10 min

Sighed for 6 hours, but I don't think that burns many calories.

It is a type of fish, but you could easily have a lean meat equivalent in calories if you do not like fish.
