Hi Guys Jack Here i plan to lose 8 stone over the next year for when i go to collage in august to help me maintian and expand my social life which is started to slow down right now. I have many reasons and motivations for my weightloss but i wont list them all in this introduction as im sure you are all busy. My current weight is 19.2 stone (121.6kg) i was 125kg but i weighed my self before gym and just cutting coke out and doing a few light excercises for january had left me with some nice results. Anyway on monday i start my diet but i am posting a video every day starting from today so please watch comment and be nice
. I hope to loose around 8 stone to get my self at 70-80kg
