If you look really close it's actually all inclusive. And so far comfort food hasn't been on my mind so much. I've gotton to a point where I literally have to force myself to eat things that I know are bad for me, otherwise I'd come in around 900 cals everyday, not good. I could go for some of my moms corned beef stew and aloddix(fry bread) right about now.
Yum, I didn't make them last night but now I'm really wanting them. I make mine with fat free plain yogurt and fresh roasted garlic, and alot of it...lol. I also grow my own herbs so I usually throw in some chives, parley and basil.
This particular snow rocks, its all fluffy and pristine right now.
for a limited time only, I'm trying to fly out for a few days.
my sentiments exactly.
hibye!
I knew today was going to be a differnt sort of day from the moment I cracked my eyes open. Lots of fluffy white stuff and I had to wait till 11am to get out of my driveway because the city burmed me in and then I had to get my neighbors to stand on my bumper so I could get enough traction to get over the powder that had accumulated in my drive. But the snow is so pretty I can't stay mad at it for long (yet, April will be a different perspective on this).
I'm waiting for an available seat so I can fly out, I'm on one hell of a standby list, so is my mom. They'll call if we get seats.
Yesterday I ate about 2000 cals and it was soo good it was worth it. I heart pizza. My son's recital was so cute, kids are so freakin cute!! Anyways, I'm off to play in the snow, my new "friend" T has a snowmobile and he promised me and my son a tube ride (yeah!!!, if you've never experienced tubing from the back of a snow mobile you are missing out!).
