revising my diet a bit now. Going to add more proteins and veggies. well im going to try with the veggies..



Lets see how i did today..

I guess not too bad
 
worked out today ( the usual jillian michaels)

my 3rd workout and feeling so so much better. I did better with push ps, i think i did around 4 good ones :coolgleamA:

Breakfast today:

coffee

Slimfast before workout

Greek yogurt with protein peak granola after workout.

Lunch -coffee.. tuna sandwhich (tuna, fat free mayo, onion, celery. on rye bread with slices of pickles and lettuce.

Dinner - I plan to have 3 baked plain chicken legs, 3 flowerettes cooked cauliflower, baked potato.

Sounds like it is all going well. The mroe I work out the more I want to do it and the better I feel. Right now I wish I had more time to take more classes, I am sad on the weekends because I don't have my classes, I just love going and learning and working my body, No matter how tired, sad, emotionally hungry I go in, I come out feeling amazing, Every single time!
I really hope you get the same kind of feeling as you continue on your work out path, have a great end of the week, Camy
 
You're doing awesome! When do you weigh in? I weigh in on Tues for the biggest loser challenge. Lost nothing this week so next Tues I better see some results! lol...
 
Camy - aww sorry.. are there any other classes u can take on the weekends? Not sure i feel that way with Jillians workouts, i cuss at her most of the time lol.. But i love going out fora jog every night in the spring summer.. winter i stay in.. i miss it. the treadmill just isnt the same.

if ur doing everything right, i wouldnt worry about not losing anything the previous week.. U know there are many many reasons for that..maybe didnt poop enough :ack2: :rotflmao: or retained some water.. or tom soon..and u might lose more next week.. dont get discouraged.. just keep on going..
 
You're right... I probably retained water because I don't drink enough. I know for a fact I was constipated (probably also due to lack of water and pasta intake which that doesn't help). I also have TOM this week! So I have everything stacked against me, so I figured it was all of that put together.

I've been drinking a lot of water this week, I bought prunes and and the danactive yogurt and probiotic yogurt to help with the bathroom situation and by next week TOM will be over. So I'm trying to correct these things before next tues! lol

I agree with you, I don't look forward to exercising. I wish the more I did it the more I want to do it but that's not the case. The odd day, I'll want to do it (kinda like today). But most days I have to force myself!

Random thought of the day:
I NEED TO GET MY HAIR DONE! need some color and a cut. So i promised myself i would get it done once i reach my first goal 179.. 9 more lbs to go.. hopefully it wont take very very long.. it really needs some color..

Hubby told me he will take me to vegas and then cali once i hit my next goal 169

and a whole new wardrobe at 159.. wahoo!

So happy he is being supportive this time around..

Those rewards sound awesome!
Mine also needs a cut and colour (though my dance buddies said no cut, but I will not listen to them, I want it shorter). After 24 years of wearing it long all the way down to my waist I cut it short (sort of into a Victoria beckham bob, front longer, back shorter) and nwo I ADORE it short. But it grows so fast, especially the back which is supposed to be nearly shaved. I am "rewarding" myself next week, hopefully as a reward for 30 pounds lost... fingers crossed!

I think that's awesome to have rewards like that along the way. I wonder if I can get my hubby to do something like that for me! Hehe
 
Camy - i have the same cut.. " i swear i began that style, and everyone copied me! lol"

I have this cut for years now and wont change it EVER i lol..

sometimes i let it get a little longer in the back and i either spike it, or put some gel and make it really messy. Its cute.
 
i dont even have anything to write. My life must be boring..

I eat the same everyday, and do the same workout..

Oh im up to 7 :hurray:pushups now. go me!! haha

I just happened upon your diary and thought I would tell you that you're doing great! I know it's awful to go back to clothes you wore just recently and they don't fit (happened to me, seemed almost like it only took a min to gain the weight!). If you want/need a weightloss buddy i would be happy to be yours. I need a motivator and want everyone to be able to achieve their goals. I hope you get the number you want on the scale this week :)

I am not excited about this fridays weigh in..:(

I feel i have retained a lot of water.. I see it in my legs.. I am drinking plenty of water.. I lie with my legs elevated.. I checked my blood pressure, but is normal..

My salt intake is fine.. I have no idea whats going on...

Will be a nice loss for next friday, but was really looking forward to this friday.
 
That sucks about the retaining water! All you can do is eat right and exercise and if the scale doesn't show it then you know you did all you could and it's the retaining water that's the cause :)

How much water do you drink btw?
 
Been gone for awhile, getting settled back in germany and unpacking. Just thought Id check in and see how everyone is doing and it sounds GREAT! Keep up the great work ladies ! :)

Risty- I don't really count how many but I'm averaging around 12 bottles a day..or more.
Still swollen today.. not bad but its there.. I think I migght have to go back to my cardiologist.. I'm wondering now if this is happening from exercise. I was all good until I statrted working out again.

Urgh tomorrow weigh in. I get a small case of anxiety on thursdays.. blah
