Hello everyone! I am in need of some emotional support.
I am doing the fall off for fall challenge, i've lost 7 lbs, but this weekend I ate probably more than I should have. I ate chinese food 2 plates full and on friday I ate long john's. Anyhow here's a lil summary about me:
May 17th I got fed up and decided to stop drinking soda and junk food. I weighed 319 and as of june 10 i'm at 303.
I want to get down to 165-180 mark, but I am breaking it into short term goals for now.
I want to be 275 by sept 1st!
Tomorrow i'll start my first meal journal entry.
