I did cardio at the gym almost every day, sometimes twice a day. I road my bike on bike trails during the summer which was my favorite form of exercise. Lifted weights twice a week, but some weeks didn't do it for whatever reason.

Diet I kept low calorie and low junk. Occasionally drink and eat junk foods but the extra calories probably help due to the fact I keep calories low most of the time.

I went from a 3XL shirt to a L (no x's!!!).
Jeans went from a TIGHT 46" to a loose fitting 36".

Currently have 27.5% body fat and want to get it to at least 15%, perhaps as low as 10 or 9% (I'm 5'8").

Excellent job. Congratulations.

At some point, I'd emphasize weight training more as you get closer to your ideal weight.

I thought I would post some in between pics. I weight loss was steady at first losing 35 pounds in the first 6 months. Then I lost 10 pounds last january at the start of the year and remained the same weight for 5 months. I took the diet and exercise into overdrive on June 1st of last year and have averaged 9 pounds a month since then. Bigger effort, bigger reward.

You are looking absolutely amazing! :) If I had known you before, and seen you after your weight loss, I wouldn't have recognized you! Does that ever happen? Well, anyway, keep up the fitness and the good work, you look much happier and healthier, and very handsome :blush5:
