Hello My name is Casey and I'm new to the site. I started working out/ jogging/dieting two years ago. Here is my progress! I hope to get down to 180 pounds with lean muslce one day. I got down to 204 but went back to 213-215. But, I'm back in the war again. I have a lot of lose skin though. I might have to get surgery but I'm going to give it a few months of training first.
