I've lost 40 lbs in just afew months.

Just by eating healthier, going for brisk walks, cycles, walking any time i had the chance.

it's been really good and fast, in stone this is how the weightloss went - from 13.7 (189 lbs), 13.3, 12.7, 12.2, 11.7, 11.0, 10.7. (147 lbs)

so i was lossing a good bit of weight every time i'd check the scales.

I'm now about 147 lbs. I've been that for afew weeks now. I think i've lost maybe a pound... I want to lose 7 more lbs.

I calculated my BMR online and it says its 1700, are these things accurate?

If so, if i consume 1000 calories a day (cutting 700), i should be losing 1 lb every 5 days right? (700x5=3500(1lb)


is this right?

is it fact that's what would happen?
