I've found it! The perfect, quick, daily ab routine!

After about a year of reading different strategies, trying the different strategies, and seeing the result, I think I have come up with THE BEST quick ab workout you can do daily.

1. Do 25 crunches with a 10 pound weight on your stomach. If you find it hard, don't use the weight at first.

2. After doing the set of 25, continually do sets decreasing the number of reps by 5 while also decreasing the time in-between. From 25 to 20, I take a long break, but from 10 to 5, it is almost like I stop to take a breath and pretty much just do 15 straight.

3. When you do this 5 times, and you are at zero, do a bridge for 45 sec. to 1.5 minutes pending how you feel. Most people here should know what a bridge is, I would be terrible at explaining it, but I'll try. You go back up, facing the floor, and you put your forearms out to hold your body up. Only your legs and forearms/wrists should be on the ground. Your wrists should both be at an angle facing each other. Lower your butt to the ground and feel the burn.

4. Repeat 3 or 4 times. I only do 3.

*Do this every day!

Add or take off weight as you please, and take breaks inbetween for how you see necessary. Trust me, I've been on this routine consistantly twice now (last year I did it a lot), and it works like a charm. I also do a lot of other ab stuff, and I run, but this is a great thing to do daily.

don't you need to rest your abs?

This routine gives constant rest.
