I've been bad...

The past 2 weeks I had been eating so healthy and going to the gym. Today and yesterday I completely fell off the wagon and ate a ton of junk food.

How do you all get back into the "health" gear, get motivated, adn not feel horribly guilty?

ahhh I'm stressing out.

Same way you get over something someone else did to you. Forgive, and move on.

The sooner you get back to it, the less you have to feel bad about. Success is not a process of sudden, inimitable willpower. It's more a series of getting ons and fallings off. After a while the gap closes and you're right back up the moment you fall. Usually around this time you'll notice that you're nearing your goal.

Just get control of yourself as soon as you can, and look forward, not back. Too many people let a little slip become an excuse to fall all the way down the mountain. Honestly, the stress you're putting yourself through over having "totally ruined everything oh em gee!" is probably hurting your progress more than the two days of junk.

In short, these things happen to the best of us. Dust yourself off and get back in the fight.

so you had one bad day - so what... it's one day in the grand scheme of things.

you can sit there and pout and feel sorry for yourself - but beating yourself up is not effective... Move on... and just do what you need to do

Do ask yourself why you did fall off the wagon - why did you eat a "ton of junk food" is the food plan you've put yourself on too restrictive? maybe you need to re-evaluate that?

No worries!
Today is a new day and you start over!!

My biggest thing is I get on here and read some of the before and after from people and then look at a picture of me at my biggest weight and that pretty much does it for me.

This isnt easy. Our human nature I think is to eat all of the food that are bad for us. For what ever eason, I cannot explain.

Good luck with getting back on the wagon. I am rooting for you!!

Thanks guys

I went to the gym today, drenched myself in sweat, and ate the healthiest food I could find. NO guilt leftover from yesterday.
