Good luck on your new venture!!! I want to say, even at your current weight, you have some definition in your abs area. I can't wait to see how you progress. Stick with and don't give up!!!!

My first week is almost done and I haven't done a darned thing. I honestly hoped that having some encouragement would help, but I haven't checked into the sight since last week. I've had some really nice responses, even to my yucky pictures!! I'm not sure what will get me going. Oh well...I not going to quit trying. Thanks so much for the note. It really means alot to me.

I am just reaching the maintenence phase of my weight loss journey. If I can do this anyone can. This is so do-able and so worth it! Don't give up! :)
 
What has brought you to this point right now?? Why are you wanting to lose some weight?? Maybe the motivation isn't enough, maybe you need to sit down and keep a journal at home also. Try to find out the reasons you want to lose and what losing would do for you. You have to want it for all the right reasons, and you have to hold onto that. Posting pics of yourself on your mirror or refridge is sometimes motivating. Or record yourself talking to YOU about why it's important you keep on track and lose the weight, then every week play that back and remind yourself why your doing this. You got on here for a reason, don't let yourself down, keep trying and grab down deep inside of yourself and make that change!! You can do it!! I know it! The first step and first month for that matter are the hardest, but once you get on the road, it gets easier to walk it each week. Trust me, I've been here awhile. GOOD LUCK! I hope you find your way soon. :)

Morning Girlfriend!! Just checking in on you to see how you faired yesterday???? Are you doing any walking?? You don't have to go to a gym every day to lose weight, you can just walk every day outside and lose it. I read an article about a guy who weighed over 300 lbs, when he first started walking he just walked up to his stop sign at the end of his block for a week. Then the next week, he walked to the second stop sign. By the end of that first month he was walking every day around two blocks. By the end of 12 months he was walking 3 miles a day and had lost over 175 lbs. Just by walking!!! it can be done. It's small steps everyday! Trust me, I have to wake up and tell myself the same thing, it's okay to have a bad day too, don't beat yourself up because you had one bad day, if that happens, just start over fresh the next morning, it's NEVER to late to change your life. Hey There!!! I'm just checking in on you, how's it going girlfriend??? :eek: I hope your sticking to the plan and still staying on your trampoline. I hope your not letting bad days get to you, we all have them, EVEN ME!! And more often then you think. I've missed your messages, so I hope to hear from you soon. HUGS!
