I'm working hard at staying out of the 160s, I'm still at 159.6. I can't wait until I'm around 155 and don't have to worry about going back up into the 60s. The last two days I've been really tried and didn't get to work out as much as I'd like so I think that's why I haven't really gone down in a few days. I went to bed early and feel like I have more energy, so here we go
