It's time, it's really time!

Good morning

I weighed myself this morning and I'm up a little bit. I started getting the flu yesterday so I didn't really do as much as I wanted to so I'm sure that's part of it. I'm trying to get the energy up to exercise today but I'm wondering if I should just rest today and try to get better instead.
 
I'm feeling a bit better so I did get up and do 2 miles, I'm hoping to do more today yet but we'll see how I feel.

So I'm starting the october challenge and I'm happy to say I'm starting at 166lbs , down 12lbs :)
 
I know it's been a while since i've made an entry, but I'm still loosing weight. I'm hoping tomorrow I'll be out of the 160s ( cross fingers). I got my weighted hula hoop today. I tried it for a few minutes and I really think I'm going to like it. They say when you start you will bruise a bit and I believe it. I think I already am. Oh well I'll get use to it and it won't be too bad.
 
So I didn't make it out of the 160s today but there is always tomorrow and one of these days I will be :)
 
Well I knew it was going to happen one of these days and it finally did....I'm out of the 160s. :hurray: Now I have to be really good for the next few days to make sure I stay there.
 
I'm working hard at staying out of the 160s, I'm still at 159.6. I can't wait until I'm around 155 and don't have to worry about going back up into the 60s. The last two days I've been really tried and didn't get to work out as much as I'd like so I think that's why I haven't really gone down in a few days. I went to bed early and feel like I have more energy, so here we go
 
So I'm really excited, I'm 158.7 today and officially out of the obese range which makes me really happy. I can' wait until I'm in the normal range, but for now I'm just happy that i'm not obese anymore.
