It's my weight and I can lose it if I want to!

Okay I'm not creative here, so I will start answering some of the questions suggested.

1. What is your current height and weight? 5'10" and 230 pounds
2. If you were at an ideal weight now, what would that weight be?165 pounds
3. At what weight would you like to be at four months from now?212 pounds
4. Why do you want to lose weight?Increase energy, decrease depression, ready body for pregnancy, look good
5. Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or reunion? If so, when is that event?pregnancy
6. What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals?Me, myself and I, I set myself up for failure and get an all or nothing attitude (most the time nothing)

Dont give up just because you didnt lose weight in one week... some weeks you will lose and others you wont.
Also, dont try to be perfect... if you have an bad day where you ate what you shouldnt have just pick yourself up dust off your kness and keep going.
