Hi, I'm just some girl.
I have been overweight pretty much since I was about 8 or 9 (I'm in my late 20's). A few years ago I lost about 100 lbs over the course of about 2 years. But, alas, I lost motivation a couple years ago and gained about all of it back. I have recently went through a break up (
) and it has caused me to look at my life and set some goals for myself. So I'm determined to lose weight and have a healthier lifestyle. I've been counting calories and working out. Weight this morning was 261, down 4 lbs since last week.
