it's Friday!

Friday is my day "off", haha... that means; cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, running errands, plan my Sunday school lesson, assist my daughter with her school work (cyber school), phone calls from the office to clarify things, weekly call to my dad, blah, blah, blah!

Does that sound like an "off" day to anybody?

I truly am not complaining. There was a day when I was very sick and could rarely leave my home. I love having a long to do list, I love having many irons in the fire, I love my life, everyday I am humbled by how blessed I am. I try to be thankful for all things, even busy, crazy days "off".

I weighed in for day 4 and it stayed at 242. Today I am being very conscious of my food intake.

CELEBRATED choices.....I did NOT eat one of the 3chocolate cupcakes on the counter in my kitchen! (my husband had a birthday this week)
I am moving! Deliberately I walked up and down the steps 3times!(instead of sending my daughter)
One cup of coffee! (Instead of my cup 2, I chose a glass of water)

NOT so Celebrated choices..... Progresso tomatoes soup for lunch, I thought I was having a low cal good choice but read the label and realized it was 150 cal for one serving..... The can was 2 servings

I am sure that I could list a few more Not so good choices but I am moving on.

I choose to make decisions to make me healthy and slimmer.

And now it's time to get back to work!
