I think I am finally getting into a good routine. Tomorrow I'm gonna do hills and then circuit on Saturday and long run on Sunday. I really miss doing our circuit together, but again I may have to go at it alone since he has zero motivation. And I have no problem doing it alone... takes less time![]()
I know exactly what you mean....no one I know who lives near me, is into fitness in the ways I am, and I can't find a running partner. I'm going to look HARDER!!
Yeah, rock climbing I heard, is very expensive. My sick buddy Chris used to be really superlative at it when he was 15, and he has top notch gear to lend me and lots of knowledge and books. This is definitely a boon. Hope your stomach settles--good luck on fasting! 

You should look into them, and see if you can squeeze one or two here and there! You'll love it, and if you haven't done them before, the work out is AMAZINGLY CHALLENGING!! 
...LOL!!!! But you know which part inspires me the most, and I try to watch it every single time before I pop in one of those videos......WELL,....the part, where the blond girl, a lil heavy set, she is squatting like crazy and then running up a hill or something...and says "THIS IS ABOUT MORE THAN LOSING WEIGHT, THIS IS ABOUT TAKING CHARGE OF YOUR LIFE!!!!" Wooooa
