It hurts

I got problems doing sit ups and the strange is, I am only 16. I would consider myself as healthy with no problems, I can do anything without getting any sort of pain. If you see the attach you would see where in the lower back it hurts. And yes, I am doing sit ups correctly and no, I ain't going to try something else. Since I do other exercises where my lower back also hurt. I don't know what the problem is, I got nearly no flesh there, but that is sort of normal I think. Anybody can help me out?

Relax. Open the mind up, and do not limit the breath of your thinking, my young brotha. Sit-ups (dependent on the person), isn't always the best exercise to perform.

What are the other exercises effecting your lower back? List these, and how you are preforming them.

There can be many reasons for lower back pain when exercising regularly, subject to but certain not limited to:

1. Frequency of training.
2. Volume of training.
3. Inept rest periods given.
4. Improper form and execution.
5. On-going injury (as a result)
6. Genetic bodily make-up.

And, so on and so forth.

Be more open with your information

Ok. Good luck.

It's not only the situps but number 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. It hurts in the lower back, as showed in my first post, at these 3 spots. After I train I it hurts for like 2-3 days and then it is fine. If there is lack of mucles down there, but I only get "hurt" where the bones "stick" out if you know what I mean.

if the exercises hurt, then don't do them. Looks like there is a lot of spine motion and hip flexor activity in those exercises, both of which can be painful for the back, specially if you've got some sort of issue from before. Have you ever tried planks or side planks?

I would tell you to quit doing sit ups and start doing woodchoppers, planks and squats. But you already said you are not going to try something else.

Okay, okay. But which exsersive(s) do replace all those I listed that I get hurt from? Btw, do you think it might be that I nearly or never train and more training could do the thing? Like, I do not got back problems or issues, I only get hurt when I do these exercises and the lower back bones get tender.

So, none can really give me a advise?

we have given you advice. Do different exercises. If you never trained before then started with that many exercises in one go, then I think that could be the reason. I'd try some planks since those tend to be a lot more gentle on the spine.
