It Can't Happen Again.

I was doing so well and have made it clear to myself several times in the past I CAN DO THIS. If I can, I shouldn't have any doubt in my mind. It wont be easy, but I can do it.

This is a fresh start.

you can do whatever you put your mind to...

but honestly, if it seems really overwhelming, set smaller goals for yourself at first... like drinking x amount of water in a day, or having breakfast every day, or someting tangible that you can cross off a list and know you're doing yourself good.. then the next week - add on another goal... one step in front of the other... :D then soon you'll be walking out the door (shaking your behind in your skinny jeans :D

we're still here supporting and encouraging.. hang in there

Mal's right...if you get overwhelmed, it's easier to just give up. But each time you succeed in a smaller goal, you feel more motivated to make another one, and then another. I'm going week to week now, instead of my big goal to lose so much by Christmas. It's a lot easier to focus on.:)

Good Luck to you!

:) thanks guys! that helped so much... instead of looking for the bigger picture and making myself lose 13 pounds, i changed it to losing 2, and after that ill make it another two.. simple things.

well when i weighed myself this morning i basically had relapse since the scale said 120 which would be my heaviest EVER. then i had field hockey try outs (running for 4 hours), drank a lot of water, and weighed myself tonight- 115.
its a good starting point for the field hockey season.

BMI charts show a person needs to be 4' 8" to be considered healthy @ 115 anything higher is the gateway into the danger zone.

I'm just glad she gained 4 lbs since last week.

i dunno i talked to my doctor about it and the GI specialist and they said it was fine.. ive been at 105 before and i didnt look that much different, i just didnt have as much fat.
