Isagenix here I come!!!!

Well Lets see....yesterday I had my am shake and then had a salad for lunch. drank plenty of water too. Missed my second shake of the day though. I was bad and went out with friends LOL. Just had my am shake this morning. I tried the chocolate today and really like it mixed with half of a bannana ; )

We are having a going away party for a friend today at our house and will be BBQing burgers......I'm going to have one anyway (minus the bun) that will be my dinner. I need to drink lots of water today and not forget my second shake.
 
Ok so here is how the weekend went.

Saturday I did my shakes for breakfast and lunch. Ate 3/4 of a cheesburger had about a cup of macaroni salad and some other desert salad. Drank a few beers becuase we were having a party.

Sunday I did my shakes again for breakfast and lunch. Then went to my mom's for dinner. Ate a 7oz steak, 1/2 of a baked potato with sour cream and a green salad. Drank my water and want more energy troughout the day.

This morning I was awake bright and early (I'm not a morning person at all) feeling great. Had my morning shake and will eat a healthy lunch and go to the gym with Dani.

I golfed 36 holes this weekend and my husband bought me a new driver for Mothers Day so we went an hit a bucket of balls yesterday with the kiddo's. What a great weekend : )

Well I was planning on eating lunch here at work; however, they shut down the cafe' for a week while the new owners get things ready. Thank God my friend Jen lives just down the street and made me a yummy chocolate bananna Isagenix shake ;) Good to have a wonderful sponsor!! Thanks Jen!!

I have to go to the damn Verizon store and add a line before I get to the gym. Keep your fingers crossed that I'm not there for hours.....ugh.
 
Just got back from the gym and verizon. Thank God it wasn't busy. Did 1.23 miles on the treadmill but did allot of weight training. Abs, arms and legs. Ugh.... I feel wonderful : ) Having a want more energy now.
 
Good morning all!!! Lets review yesterday: I had a shake for breakfast and lunch, worked out with Dani and then had a 7oz steak and raw Cauliflower for dinner. I think I got all my 8 large waters down yesterday too. Didn't cheat at all yesterday. Yay for me!!

This morning I woke up feeling a little queezy with a rumble in my tummy??? But I got up and took my natural accelerator pills, had a glass of icewater, then took a shower and got ready before I did my morning shake. Feel great now. I'm not sure if I was more hungry or thirsty but either way I'm sure one of them contributed to my weird feeling.

I am going to try and have a good low calorie lunch today becuase I have golf after work and it will just be easier to do a shake for dinner tonight. With our cafe' closed here at work I will have to go somewhere to get lunch so I may not have time to make it to the gym, but I will be moving while I'm golfing : )
 
Recap of yesterday:

Did a shake for breakfast. Had one chicken buffalito and 2 traditional wings at BWW for lunch with water. Shake for dinner before golf. Did have a few beers during golf but I did not over do it : )

Oh....and I made the longest drive and won $3 on a par 5 with my new driver my family got for me for Mothers Day!! Saweeeeettt!!! Love those awesome shots. That's what keeps you coming back : )

I felt great this morning!!! Up early and all again. Maybe it's my imagination but I swear I feel lighter??? Not sure if it's true. I won't weigh and measure until Friday after my first cleanse day. Still nervous as to see if I can make it a whole day without eating, just drinking the cleanse and water.
 
Looks like you are doing well, KT. Good luck with the rest of the week. Feeling lighter is a great feeling, isn't it? Soon your clothes will start fitting better and the number in the scales will also go down.

Thank you Juni! Yes! Feeling lighter is so nice. Havent gotten back on the scale yet to check on that end. I will tomorrow and take another set of measurements. (fingers crossed)

Shake for breakfast. Medium cheff salad for lunch with water. Snacked on a fiber one bar about 3:30 because I was running like a chicken with it's head cut off yesterday afternoon. Did my shake for dinner about 8:00pm becuase my son had a baseball game and couldnt get home prior. I beleive I did get all my needed water down too!!! oh and I had one red bull yesterday as well.

Today is my cleanse day. I took 4oz of the liquid cleanse this morning at 8:15am and am supposed to do 3 more of those today. I brought some celery and the isa snacks in case I need something to chew on. Other than that I am just supposed to do the cleanse 4 times and drink plenty of water. Wish me luck. I feel good so far. Not craving anything yet ; )
 
Well it's almost 5 pm and I havent felt really hungry all day!!! Haven't even chewed on celery or the little chocolate wafer things : ) I feel amazing, no kidding! Not tired or spacey!!

Had the 3ds cleanse drink about 2 hours ago and will have another one in about an hour to finish up the day. This is so much easier than I imagined it would be!! Hope the scale and the tape show me something good tomorrow!!!

Yay!! I made it through my first cleanse day without feeling out of control OR hungry!!! Amazing. Felt pretty damn good all day too. Well, here are the day 8 weight and measurements.

Yesterday was a good day. Did my shakes for breakfast and lunch. Went golfing with a friend and came home to bbq and have a few beers with the family. I know that beer isn't and shouldn't be part of any "diet" but I did tell you that I would let you know when I am cheating.

Heading to Billings today with my aunt to see my cousin who is in cosmetology school down there. We are going to go out to dinner tonight and golf tomorrow. Should be fun. I am wondering though.....does she have a blender? I havent tried these shakes without useing one. Hum...well, I could pack mine LOL.

Sorry I haven't posted in like a week. Last weekend was crazy!! Billings was fun. Went to Red Lobster on Saturday then back to my cousins and had a few beers. Sunday I did my morning shake then we golfed 18 holes and I had a nasty hot dog and becasue we had the next day off we went out and partied like rock stars. I cheated the entire day Sunday and just didn't eat right on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. I did at least one shake per day and took my Natural Excelerator and IsaFlush each day but OMG did I cheat.

Today is my cleanse day and I'm totally back on track!!!! But guess what??? With all of the crap that I did over the past few days, I didn't gain one pound!!! Didn't lose any but didn't gain either!!! That speaks for itself. If I would have done that normally, it would have cost me at least 3 if not 4 pounds, so all in all I am happy with the results of this product thus far : )

I will post weight and measurements tomorrow. Have a wonderful Thrusday : )

I am going to be a good girl this week and see how far I can push the inches off!! Can you imagine if I would have not been suck a slug and not cheated and was at the gym the last week??? Well I haven't been on here in a few days and just thought I should update. I was pretty good this weekend. Didn't over do it on nasty foods or beer : ) It is easier to stick to the system during the work week. Probably just because I'm so busy. I haven't noticed my weight going up at all!!! Staying right at 132-133 since last Friday but my jeans are really begining to tell me that my ass is getting smaller!!!! YAY!!! Working hard to be in the 120's by the end of the week and maintaining from there.
 
Well the long Memorial Day weekend for me from Thurs through Monday really took a tole on my Isagenix program I only did one shake and drank the Ionix Supreme everyday. Ate all that good camping food and drank a few too many beers. BUT....I didn't gain an ounce either and I'm back on board today. I skipped my cleanse last week and will do that Thrusday. Another thing is I put on a little black T shirt today and when I was looking for a hoodie to wear over it I realized I didn't need to. I actually feel comfortble with just the T!!!! This is working and I hope to get on track and stay on track for my goal. Still haven't hit the 120's but I will!!!
 
Well....I woke up kicking myself this morning for the crap that I ate yesterday so I decided that I am going to do a cleanse day today and tomorrow to try to get my body back on track. I may not make it through the whole day tomorrow on the cleanse but if I can't I plan on just having a salad or a shake. It is amazing how great I do feel during the cleanse days and I'm not at all foggy or tired.

I have not been doing the program to a tee for the last week or so but I have not put on one single pound which is really odd for me. Usually on any other program even with going to the gym constantly, if I fall off my diet and eat crap and drink beer I put what I have lost right back on in a day or so. I have been fluxuating between 132 and 133 lbs for that entire last week.

I am a bit dissapointed in myself as my 30th day will end on May 6 and I won't have lost the 10 lbs I had hoped for but I went ahead and ordered another 30 day program and hope to follow it more closely the next 30 days. I will do another weigh in and measurement the end of this week. I am still happy with the product although I lost a small amount (5lbs) my cloths are fitting better and my jeans are too big. I am seeing definition in my arms and legs too with minimmal workouts as you all know. Plus I really do feel great. The supplements are kick ####!!!
