i try to work out at least 6 times a week. people told me different things, like how i need to let my muscle rest and how they won't grow, then some other people told me how working out everyday isn't that bad because we use our primary muscle and secondary muscle since we don't'work out the same muscle everyday. my workout consist of 2 main body parts then abs and running at the end and stay at the gym for around hour in ahalf at least other times close to 3 hours. i do rest wen i feel i need to or when certain body part can take much pressure that day e.g lower back. i been working out, on average 6days a weeks for the past 3 months and feel like a mash potato wen i take more than a needed amount of time to recover. i just wanted some more opinions on this certain situation.
