Hi all, I'm a newbie here and I apologise if I'm posting this in the wrong place :11doh:
I have a high bodyfat percentage and very little muscle mass, and my goal is to reverse this with diet, cardio and weight training. But I have heard (don't remember where) that someone with a high BF percentage who starts to weight train will get very wide, thick muscles as opposed to lean. I'm sure this is just silly but I thought I'd get advice from people in the know.
