well, if you barely do any volume, it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world...but daily training of every muscle is bad...overtraining in its most simple form.
You could do 2-3 lower volume full body workouts per week, lift, day off, lift, day off, lift, 2 days off, repeat.
Or upper 2x a week, lower 2x a week, still fairly low volume, with rest days...like Pelican suggests.
