Is this totally wrong?

Alternate different muscles everyday. Its best to give a certain muscle / muscle group 48 hours before working it again.

example, upper body one day, lower body the next.
 
well, if you barely do any volume, it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world...but daily training of every muscle is bad...overtraining in its most simple form.

You could do 2-3 lower volume full body workouts per week, lift, day off, lift, day off, lift, 2 days off, repeat.

Or upper 2x a week, lower 2x a week, still fairly low volume, with rest days...like Pelican suggests.
