Monday AM 30 min walk - PM 1:30-2:00 weightlifting+interval cardio
Tuesday AM 30 min walk - PM 20-30min light swim.
Wednesday AM 30 min walk - PM 1:30-2:00 weightlifting+interval cardio
Thursday AM 30 min walk - PM 20-30min light swim.
Friday AM 30 min walk - PM 1:30-2:00 weightlifting+interval cardio
Saturday Active rest
Sunday Active rest
This routine is for weight loss. All weightlifting sessions are FBWs.
Saturday and Sunday are just "simply keep active" days. No heavy workouts or any sort of cardio is done.
I have been doing FWB + Cardio for the past month or so now...maybe 2 months and I've been feeling tired lately. Don't know if it's because of the extreme boredom at work...but meh, after seeing one month of results I decided to kick it up to this.
Thoughts?
Oh and also...maybe I should have made another thread for this but I'll give it a shot...What kind of cardio could one do (outside the pool) to increase performance in the pool? I thought I was in decent shape until I went and tried to swim across the local pool last night, lol. GAH!
Thanks for your time.

Eric
