I benched 265, deadlifted 570

Im 210 pounds, 6'3
Whatever!

Yeah, that's really typical of a beginner. In fact, my 64 year old female client that I train at 6am does cleans with 570, and she's only been on my miracle program for two weeks. Prior to that she was 4'6" and weighed 300 pounds, having never lifted a weight in her life. She's grown a full foot taller, and she reps out with 265 weighing only 114.

LOL owned.......

Jpfitness I do alot of activities, I swim for 40 minutes none stop various strokes, Im a mover, I have to lift big stuff, ive been doing it for 4 years, and im a mechanic at a fire station, I have to lift up 80 pound wheels, etc. So stfu because you start ****.

Perhaps it is possible, based on your work that you could "start out" at that level, but it is highly unusual, and I think you know it. Sorry for my sarcasm... Just calling you out for pretending those weren't impressive lifts. If it is true, the you are truly gifted, and with proper training you could be a contender.

570 seems quite far-fetched.
But the biggest issue is, WHO CARES!? Stop worrying about how you stack up to other poeple who aren't anythign like you (shorter, taller, fatter, thinner). Lift what works for you.
