is this good for 16 lift???

im just wondering is this any good im over weight(170 lbs)5,6 is this goods for my age and what not

i curl 30 kg...not my max..i dont know my max(two hands) 10 reps 3 sets
i bench 60 kg...also not my max ... 10 reps 3 sets
 
Hi there. Yes you can definitely be pleased with yourself. However it does concern me that the first thing you put down was arm curls. If you really want to build up on what you can lift, curling is not the way. Check out some of the workout stickies. And don't get too addicted to bench pressing without working the other muscles like back and legs or you will cause yourself probs in the long run.
