jogging 50% 30 seconds
running 75% 20 seconds
sprinting 100% hard 10 seconds
and then repeat until knees get tired. I know mine get tired after 10 minutes whenever I do it because its not used to this type of work, but yeah is this considered HIIT?
I know that in the sticky it says that the sprints listed is 1 minute, jogs 2 minutes, walking 3 minutes (beginners level), but yeah how can it be possible to fully sprint for 1 minute? I tried that once and my body slowed down when it got to 30 seconds on my stop watch and I could not continue on even if I walked 3 minutes and then jogged again. also - I hate walking when doing intervals because my body tires out that way, so the walking would be taken out for me. I hope what I just posted is considered HIIT because this is high intesity. If my knees get tired after 10 minutes with what I do, then that means it is high intesity right?
