Is this an ok workout for a beginner?

I've been losing weight for the past 8 months by eating less and jogging 5 days for 45 mins.

I am male 5'3, 128 lbs (used to be 160 lbs at the start). A good amount of fat. I think around 17%. I am looking to lose about 10 more lbs and then want to gain muscle after that. I probably don't even need to get halfway to where some of you guys look, I just want to look decent. By the way, many of you guys look fantastic, you all seem so commited and focused!

So people have recommended looking around at the stickies, and I did so I wanted to make sure its ok.

I would have done this if not for looking around.
3 days a week:

Squats
Bench Press
Bicep Curls
Tricep extension
Lateral Raise
Crunches

So I think most of you guys think this is crap, so is this better?
3 days a week.
3x10

I'm doing this from home, all I have is barbells and dumbbells.
I want to buy a pull up bar, recommendations ? Nothing that will cause permanent damage lol.

Squat / Deadlift (switching off different days)
Pullup / chin-up[ (switching off different days)
Military Press
Dumbbell Bent-over Row
Benchpress (dumbbell or barbell?)
Crunches (these still ok?)

Is this ok for a newbie? Especially if I want to lose fat?

Right now I walk/jog 3.5 miles in 45 mins 5-6 days a week, should I still do that or what?

Thanks for any help you can give. You guys are great!

that fbw looks good.
as long as your body can take it. if you feel burnt out, take extra rest days, even a rest week. thats a pretty big workload
even 3 compound movements/workout can bring good gains for new trainees. you should do riptoe's starting strength program

i have heard great things about it

Yeah Rippetoes is a good program. If your going to do it get the mindset that you plan to stick with it. The program is really boring.
