Is this an ok work out?

I run a good 30 minutes, I do 150 sit ups, I bench 80 pounds a good 80 times. Plus simple things like working my back, dont know what 90 percent of what im doing is called. lol

But is that ok for a beginner or is it not safe? I work out everyday
 
it is good for beginner...what you doing is mostly endurance calisthetics....and cardio...
 
80lbs for 80 reps straight? or 8 sets of 10? or 4 sets of 20?

Shouldn't work the same muscles everyday. (i.e. don't bench every day...2x a week should be god's plenty if you're actually 'working out')
 
How old are you?
body weight?

No you shouldnt workout everyday your muscles need to rest, even if you dont feel they need it. And if they dont need it, its cos you didnt do a very good workout.

This is a very bad workout. You are only working abs, cest, front delts and triceps and "back" I dont know what your working for you back.

to be very very basic, you need to do 6 motions for your upper body plus a selection of squats/lunges as well as lower back, sides and ab work.

The 6 motions for upper body are pushing and pulling in 3 directions.

push up - works shoulders, tris
pull up - lats, bis
push forward - chest, tris
pull back - traps, bi's
push down - chest, shoulders, tris
pull up (Shrug) - sholders, hi traps, bis

make sure that you get all of these in to your workout program, not working more that 2of them per day.

If you carry on just working chest and abs you will get muscle imballence and your muscles will get tight causing you to hunch over all the time.
 
Before we can decide whether your workout is good we need to know your goals. What are you trying to achieve by doing this every day?
