No you shouldnt workout everyday your muscles need to rest, even if you dont feel they need it. And if they dont need it, its cos you didnt do a very good workout.
This is a very bad workout. You are only working abs, cest, front delts and triceps and "back" I dont know what your working for you back.
to be very very basic, you need to do 6 motions for your upper body plus a selection of squats/lunges as well as lower back, sides and ab work.
The 6 motions for upper body are pushing and pulling in 3 directions.
push up - works shoulders, tris
pull up - lats, bis
push forward - chest, tris
pull back - traps, bi's
push down - chest, shoulders, tris
pull up (Shrug) - sholders, hi traps, bis
make sure that you get all of these in to your workout program, not working more that 2of them per day.
If you carry on just working chest and abs you will get muscle imballence and your muscles will get tight causing you to hunch over all the time.
