Hey, I'm a 17 year old guy and im just getting into weight lifting. i go to the YMCA and made this plan recently. I think it is pretty good and covers most areas. Please tell me what is wrong or what i need to change/add. I weigh about 130 lbs and im looking to gain some muscle. Also, i need an idea of what type of rep scheme to do to get the best results. Recently ive been doing 3x6 or 3x8. Thanks for all your help.
