Hi, I'm Emily and I am new here. I've been reading up on HIIT, and hopefully I have understood it enough to create the following routine for myself. Please feel free to critique! I'm all ears.
Monday, Wed, Friday
*warm up walk 5 mins at 4.2mph
*Hiit- 45 seconds at 6.5 mph, then 15 seconds of 8.5 to 9.0 mph., repeat 20 times
*Cool down 5 mins at 4.2 mph walk
Tues and Thursday I do longer runs, like 45 minutes, not HIIT.
Does this sound ok?
I am 5'5'' female, 25 years old, 124 lbs, want to reduce body fat and weight, and currently weight training 5 days a week, have been for about a year and a half. Thanks!--Emily
