Monday Biceps Dumbell weights, 7.5 kg, 30 reps each arm
Bench-press, 40kg, 10 reps
Curls, 25kg, 5 reps
Press ups, 20 reps

Tuesday Legs Leg press…
Leg curls…
Football at games

Wednesday Abs Situps, 40 straight, 20 right, 20 left.
Situp machine until muscle failure

Thursday Cardio-vascular 2.5 km run
10 minute cycle

Friday Back Back press…
Press ups, 20 reps
Dumbell weights, 7.5 kg, 30 reps each arm

Saturday All round Rowing machine, 1km
2.5km run
Dumbell weights, 7.5 kg, 30 reps each arm
Situps, 40 straight, 20 right, 20 left.

Sunday Day off Tennis 2hour
Anyone have any tips? Im 14 years old, almost 15......​
