I use to just stick with 30-35 pounds dumbells and do 3 sets of 10 on them now I do super 7s or u can call its (21)s with the cable pulley with 70 pounds on it it. And I also do tricep pushdowns aswell with the cable pulley bar instead of tricep curls with dumbells. Should I stick with this or change it back to the dumbells instad of the cable workout. And which gives better results?
