yes you can get them for free. if you download winmx. select video and type in pilates it comes up with a few. i suggest the 20 minute winsor pilates and advanced body slimming pilates. i downloaded them. they work great.

I suggest you find a Studio based on the tradition of the method with certified / qualified Instructors to watch over you and to teach you what Pilates really is about ...
At least for a couple of times before trying any video out on your own .
