is there a difference?

is there a difference between working out 3 days a week compared to 5. as long as your getting all your lifts in? also when are the best times for protein?

protein with every meal, but make sure you get a good punch of it after your workout.

And when lifting 5 days a week with one musclegroup each day you wont get the same frequency as with a 3 day a week routine.

He's saying that if you do one muscle group a day, for 5 days, it's less effective than doing multiple muscle each day for 3 days. You have more than 5 muscles that move and contract in more than 5 ways.

5 days is good, just make sure you do compound lifts and don't isolate your workouts.

Aloha & Howzit!

No there really ain't no difference if you truly understand why, what and how you exercise.
Your interest, your understanding and your commitment will dictate the result of every workout session. The other thing is your acutal physical exercise perforamce, that, which will determine in what direction your health and then your fitness is going.
Keep in mind that most exercise performance is self-teaching meaning it is self-conditioning and for some can be self-hypnosis until someone comes along and breaks the illusion.
Taking to physical conditioning progressive exercise is educating yourself with your health, your body as well as your present life.
Make the time to understand and learn more about "Your health" and what it truly means to you. You will problably discover that instead of taking charge you can take part with your bodies overall health and wellness.
sorry if I sound off track.

Good health to you & Aloha for now!
