I use to work out about 5 years ago and I really noticed results but after graduating highschool and such free time has kinda went away. I recently signed up for a "strength training" class at my college. I've been going to it and the first week I was sore the next morning when I would wake up. The class is almost over and I decided I need to keep with it and just slack off again. I bought a bowflex this past weekend and I must say it feels like it gives me one hell of a workout, fast and easy to change weights, and best of all I can do it on my own time by myself. But here is the real question. I am use to being able to push myself and being sore for a couple days after however I am not sore anymore. When I push myself on the bowflex I get a serious burn equal to doing free weights but I"m not sore the next day. Does this mean the bowflex isn't doing an equal workout or does it mean that my body is just in good enough shape to where it can handle it?
