Yes or No?
I've done it a few times in the last week n a half and I can say after eating dinner (yes calorie counted dinner)...I seem to have a bust of energy..this could even be at like 7:30pm/8:30pm ( I eat late sometimes) It feels nice doing some exercise bike after dinner...but is it safe doing like 5KM,10KM or even 20KM after I've done anyway between 40KM-50KM of cadio already in the morning /afternoon that same day?
Should I limit myself to like 15KM of cardio on the bike after dinner or something? or is it ok as long as I don't feel like im killing myself & can't sleep etc lol.
By the way my current goal is to lose body fat % which I've been doing, I'm not building muscle or doing any weight training whatsoever, just doing my long distance cardio in the morning/after lunch etc. So please take into considering my position and what Im trying to attain...just body fat loss, not muscle gain.
