Is it OK...

OK, I am doing Strength Training M/W/F using my Bowflex and thei routines, and then Spinning (indoor cycling) on T and Thurs.

Now if I can't work out on Wed is it a bad Idea to "double up" on thurs by doing WT first then Cardio second? or is it wiser just to use that wed as a Rest day and stick to the routine?

You can do that, just make sure you give the muscles worked that day (from weights) proper rest before doing them again. You can do cardio and weights any day, wont be a problem.

Thanks Tony, I wasn't sure, so it is OK to do Cardio everyday as long as you skip the WT every other. I doubt I would do that, but I really enjoy the cardio work outs, but will rest the weekends
 
It's fine to do cardio everyday as long as your diet is in tune with your goals. I perform cardio 7 days/wk and weight training 4 days per week while cutting.

You may want to think about seperating your weight training and cardio times though.

Yea I did my WT exercise, but then hung out with the kids for awhile, before doing my Cardio,

Trying to alter my eating habits.

Is there a good book for good eating habits....I have ideas, but once I go to the store I draw a blank
