is it ok to do a 2 day per week workout plan?

i cant go to the gym on mondays and i get out of school early on wed. so i like to go that day and if i had to im sure i could go to the gym on either Fri,Sat, or Sun but probably only one of those. if i can do that, what are some routines i can follow.
 
Two fullbody routines-pick 1 exercise for chest, back, shoulders, and legs and two isolation exercises to hit the smaller bodyparts such as biceps or calves. Use two different set/rep schemes.
 
i normally go to the gym on just wed. and all i do are full body work outs but how much should i space the days. sometimes i can stay sore in some areas for 4-5 days but its mostly just one area. oh and in the arms i like to work every muscle every time.
 
It would be better if you had 3 days apart from each other-Weds and Sat

You might be doing to much and I wouldn't recommend going to failure if you are.
 
hmm, just do abs on the same day. that would really be pretty pointless cause you would be stressing your upper abs(sore) when working the lower abs.
