Is it better to combine chest,triceps,and shoulder exercise?

I wanna try the split workout.Just wondering is it better to do that exercise on same day like for example.

mon. chest,triceps,and shoulders
tues. back ,biceps,legs and abs.
wed. rest
thurs. chest,triceps and shoulders
frid. back,biceps,legs and abs
sat. cardio 45 min
sun. rest.

The reason why i wanna do this routine is because when i do the chest exercise on monday sometimes i have a hard time doing triceps and shoulder the next day.
