Say you bike 25 miles three times a week. You hit some a few good hills everyonce in a while and try and keep your speed up. I have 9 hills on my ride that are not real big but I have to stand and really pumped but always make it.
Is this as good as one hour on a treadmill with a few inclines as well running about 5.8. I usually run pretty hard on the inclines for about 10 minutes then back down to straight out run. Any inputs on this and if I added a little weight to my bike would that burn more calories. Thanks...........m
