cross trainer for 30mins.......380 cals

threadmill for 20 mins 171 cals

bike 30 mins.............. 378 cals

arm exerce

walking 20mins:110

God guys its lashing here and lightning!! I keep thinking of the poor homeless people outside, its heartbreaking:(:(
 
Hey lovely, technically you are only at a plateau after being stuck at the same weight for 3 weeks so I'm sure you aren't at that point yet. Watch your food intake, if you haven't been getting a big enough calorie deficit or you are getting too much of one that can stop your progress. Also changing up your exercise is never a bad idea, shock your body a bit!
 
For me lotsa exercise... muscle wise will slow down the progress showing on the scale. Muscle weighs more than fat... your body will be showing the progress... the scale might be slow but you are progressing so keep it up! Really looks like you are doing great just don't let that scale slow you down! Sometimes it doesn't move when you expect, and the loss catches up later.. just keep going! :hurray:you have had a lot of good days there

Here are some simple Weight-Loss Tips:


1) Drink 2 Glasses of Cold Water prior to each meal. Virginia Tech studied showed that in 12 weeks participants dropped 5 pounds of weight. Cold Water enhances your metabolism and

curbs your appetite.


2) Women need a minimum of 46 grams of protein per day to maintain lean muscle. If you wish to speed up the process, then increase your protein (Whey) content in your diet. Simple

solution is to have a Protein Shake in the morning and one in the evening ( 2 X 24 grams of protein = 48 grams of protein). Have a simple lunch of 400 Calories but make sure your have

either Chicken or Fish (Not Fried) with vegetables or a green salad. If you could move your protein consumption to 70 to 80 grams a day, you would see a faster weight change.


3) Consider a Nutritional Cleanse (Not Colon Cleansing) but a deep tissue cleanse. A 24 to 48 hour cleanse turns on your Growth Hormones and your body will burn more body-fat.

AI'VE officially lost 43 pounds which means I have lost Officially lost 3 stone!!!! Delighted with life!!!ate kinda bad today though...went for dinner for my sisters bday

AAwh thanks million you guys!!!! I'm so happy I can't believe it. I still have such a long way to go though!! I would love to be 13.13 for Christmas time!!! I'm currently 14.10... And when I say Christmas time I mean the 24th of December haha!! Anyway today was another good day..woop woop!! Consumed 1321 calories but did no exercise!!! Hitting the gym tomorrow though! Really sad to hear J.r has passed away from Dallas!! He seemed like a lovely man xx

Best of luck, Princess :) I really commend you for striving for that goal during this time of year, which is probably the most difficult to really keep your focus at times! Feel free to call me Captain Obvious when I say maintaining continued weight-loss during the holiday seasons is difficult, hah :p

AHaha thank you captain obvious!! You are always so kind!!! But guess what you guys, the last 3 days I have been eating terrible!!! And I mean Terrible!! like i suppose I could have eaten a lot worse but still....not doing brill at all!!!

I've 3 nights out this week and I'm freaking out!! getting weighed Friday and I know I'm going to be up weight!!!

Went to see the new Bradley cooper film last night.....it is Amazing...seriously.. The best movie I've seen in forever!!! I would highly recommend anyone to go see it!! Just got the wi-fi working on my phone due to my college wireless!! Loving life!!!

Will try to eat good today as I really want to!!! Will let ye know the outcome by the end of the day.

Guys after eating terrible 4 days in a row( including yesterday) i managed to eat good today. Consumed 1300 cals and went to the gym.

42 mins bike: 500

16mins fast treadmill: 98
