Irishprincess weight loss progress!!

Hi guys, well 2 days good down so delighted to be back into the swing of things, hate eating bad food in a 5 day rut thing...


Finished my essay for college today in the nick of time, spent the entire weekend on it, it was the most confusing essay ever. Like, its the one essay i have written that i can't make sense of:( To be brutally honest, if you asked me to recall what i wrote and did i understand it the answer would be nada.


Got my periods today too, im havinng desperate cramps:( Yock.. hope all is well with everyone...

Aww essay is done, you don't need to stress about it anymore. Also your bad eating could've had a bit to do with TOM as well! Back to it lovely!! xx
 
Well today was going brill till the end of it, i ate aprox 2250 cals today, and im getting weighed friday for fook sake. Also the last 2 days ive been going to the gym, going again tomorrow..

Possibly did the most exercise i have ever done in one day! Also an achievement was accomplished today, I WENT TO THE GYM ALL BY MYSELF, no friends with me, just me. So proud of myself. Ate 1230 cals.

cross trainer for 30mins.......380 cals

threadmill for 20 mins 171 cals

bike 30 mins.............. 378 cals

arm exerce

walking 32mins:175

cals deficit from food intake: 944


Total cal defcit: 2048


weigh in day tomorrow knowing my luck i'll have lost nothing:( But next week im predicting a big numbero:D xxx

Another good day eating wise. Consumed 1260 cals. gooo me. No gym tho, was too tired plus had to work. YOCKY.

Good job again on the exercise. Your calories sound a bit low for doing so much working out, just make sure you don't start feeling light headed or anything!
 
Guys, i think ive reached a plateau!!:( I am so upset. Anyone have any good advice on this!?? For the last 2 days i weigh 209 on the scales, and im exercising like crazy and eating so good:( I dont know what its about. Ive also gone to the gym about 6 times in the last week and a half, what is up with that??:(

EDIT: Ending up eating up to 2980 cals because i was so fed up.
 
Give yourself a couple more days. Sometimes I'll go four days without losing weight, and then drop 5 pounds in two days. Usually it has to do with water weight.
 
I agree, don't be so hard on yourself, or thinking you got in a plateau yet. Remember that only like 4 days ago you were talking about how you were overeating due to stress and such. You can hold on to weight due to that and not have as much deficit.

Don't give up! I noticed sometimes I would have a good week and not see results until the following week, weird but true. Water retention also sneeks up on us sometimes too!

Good job on going to the gym on your own...this show how your confidence as grown since you started you journey.....when you hit a bad day think of all you have accomplished!
