OMG that's a HUGE amount!!!! Nearly 40lbs, GET IT!! And look how close you are to one-derland!!! Hope meeting with a guidance counsellor eases your mind a bit. I know you'll get to where you want mentally. And thanks sweetheat, you made my day :biggrin: But really everything I said is true, I'm sure everyone else on here would agree with me.

Anyway guys, college begins tomorrow, and my lectures this year and pretty horrid. Ive been farcing around the place for the first month of lectures but i need to cop on starting tomorrow!! I have 4 main goals that need to be completed tomorrow.


If i can achieve these goals i will be delira:)


1: Go to all lectures and take notes.

2: Eat 1200 cals

3:Go for morning walk and bike ride. still not asleep

4:Drink 2 ltrs of water

5:Go to gym

6:Go to important meeting in college.


Hope i can complete all these and be able to report back to ye lovely folks tomorrow :D


Heres my goal weights what i want to be from now to christmas:)



I want to be 207 pounds ( 14.11) by NOV the 1st.



By the 30th of NOV I want to be 194 pounds(13.12)



Goal to be by the 24th of DEC is 184pounds (13.2)

Oooooooops i.............. ate bad today. Not bringing enough food to college with me today resulted in me eating bingey when i went home.


I went to the gym today, did 30mins threadmill and 30 mins on the eleptical trainer.


MUST EAT GOOD TOMORROW:)

Calorie consumption and burning it in a right proportion is very essential to maintain the body structure. Hence it is highly recommendable to do regular exercises. I really like the concept of maintaining diary. It helps in keeping the record of your diet and reduces the weight.
 
Consumed 1200 cals today, GOOOOOO MEEEEEE,,,,,,Went to the gym yesterday, did the eleptical trainer for 30mins and treadmill for 30 mins and then came home and ate like a horse. SHOCKING I KNOW....

I often think about this. Before I was losing weight now, I would eat like crap and feel like crap and wonder what the heck goes through my brain that this 10 second of eating yummy food equals a day of feeling like crap, but I will totally go for the 10 seconds of yum.

I've been eating bad 2 days in a row......so ashamed. But i am going to eat good tomorrow, and finish my goal for christmas!!:)


Was watching a Dr Oz episode there and it was about 100 people who lost over 100 pounds #inspirational.


So i am banning chocolate from my diet this week.

My grandmother is a fanatical Dr. Oz watcher, haha. She sometimes will tell me about websites to check out that he mentioned in terms of weight management.


Don't worry about the bad eating. I mean, yeah, don't let it go too far, but don't beat yourself up about it either! I've had a few bad moments the last few weeks - chips! Baked Lay chips have been sort of problematic for me the last week or so. Ok, so they're all natural and much lower in fat than most other chips, but it's like I can't stop at just a couple. I buy the big bag that has 120 calories per serving (9 servings), and I can easily polish off about 2/3 of the bag in no time! To make up for those moments, I just add a few more miles on the treadmill

Had 2 good days of eating in a row. I am finding it so hard though, all i wanna do is eat eat eat. I think its because its the time of the year and i am kinda stressed at the moment due to stupid college.


Anyway its 5.05 am here in Ireland and i cant sleep:( I was staaaaaaaarving awhile ago and was seriously thinking of eating something naughty, but had a 7cal jelly pot instead...#winning

I have the Iphone4S and I love it....bought it cause my original Ipodvideo 1st generation died and my cell phone stop keeping charge...I love it I use it to read books on. I have an apt for calories tracking, It keeps the kids quiet when we are in a waitting room, it`s also a calendar to keep track of everything....I recommend it...don`t know anyone who has the 5 but I haven`t heard bad reviews...I guess it depends also how you fell about the touch screen the keyboard can be tricky at first but I got used to it very quickly!
 
Chocolate is the devil, i must go cold turkey starting tomorrow:(:(

I also love chocolate, especially white chocolate! I used to go down the baking aisle every time I went to the grocery store and buy 2 bags of white chocolate chips then would pig out on them and eat them all in a couple days!! I still have to be very disciplined if I go near that aisle!!

Ah chocolate... I always thought OMG how will I live without it!? But now I can't have it in it's dairy form I don't even crave it. Try getting creative with unsweetened cocoa powder to get your chocolate fix- I like to make my own dark chocolate, add it to a blender with a banana (which sweetens it!) and water/ milk as a milkshake, or if you freeze a couple of bananas add them to a food processor with a couple tbsp and you have really creamy chocolate ice-cream. I think there's a way to eat everything you want, just takes thinking outside the box!
 
IM EXHAUSTED. Well DAY 1 without chocolate complete. I am so proud of myself. Its my biggest addiction ever. I would love to go for a month or 3 weeks without the bad stuff!!!


Consumed 1200 cals today, hit the gym. Did the cross trainer for 30 mins and then the treadmill for 30 mins too:) One of my lecturers was in the gym, i kinda got embarrased coz im a big fattie working out and his body is only beautiful!!


Ohhhh........ ordered my iphone 5 today. YIPEEEEEE...
