Irishprincess weight loss progress!!

Hello all ye sexy things!!:) I ate really good today after eating not so good yesterday. Today i consumed 1288 cals! YIPPEE.

As for rude customers, yeah.. been there. Forget 'em. You're an awesome person and you shouldn't have to conflict yourself with any of that nonsense. It's not worth it! You're a true exception in this world when it comes to being just an all-around wonderful person! Even with the hardships, you still have genuine care for people and a lovely heart - as evident by your amazing kindness and advice on these forums :) That really shows so much inner strength.



I used to have a pretty pessimistic view on life and didn't care much for anybody since they usually hurt me if I ever tried to open up a bit - and that's when they would even give me the time of day to do so! Thankfully, that's all in the past and I'm a different person now :) So, I know how difficult it can be to maintain a good outlook on things sometimes during this process of fixing yourself, so I just wanted to say I'm really proud of you for always enduring, Princess! :)



If only everyone could take a page from this website and see how fulfilling it can be when you're just helpful, supportive, and kind to people - even if you've never met them. It could even develop into a great and positive friendship eventually as well!



Perhaps if that did happen, then maybe there wouldn't be as many problems in this world as there are!

I was always a cheerful person in my life, for a year and a half i wasn't though over something small that happened to me( im kinda sensitive lol) but now i just think you have to be positive you know?

Yah, I know all about not eating so good some days, but doesn't it feel so good when you get yourself back on track? :) See? It's ok to slip up from time to time, but as long as you keep your eye on the bigger picture and never give up, you're going to be just fine :)


Periods though.. can't relate to that :p I imagine it's a real pain to deal with when trying to lose weight. My sympathies :( But I know you're strong enough to deal with it and continue to be successful :)

Day 3: consumed 1260 cals! Eating alot of protein lately. Also loving green tea at the moment.


Anyone know an exercise to get your arms super slim and toned??

Hey hey! I just joined here and happened to come across your thread. I'm in Ireland too (Dublin) and 22 years old. Currently I'm about 170 lbs having gained 20 lbs in two months after a nightmarish holiday. I was thinking about joining weight watchers or something but it would be nice to have a weight loss buddy close to home :p Hope you're well!

Oooooh, its like we are starting again together, because both our first days were high-ish in calories but we've done better on day two and three :) So this means that our diets are linked by some deep dark twist in the universe, and if you go off track then I will because they are paired. PAIRED, I TELL THEE!!!!!


Its hard starting back up again.


Upper arms are a bitch. But you could try press ups.

Weights is how i have helped get rid (well improve really cos i am old and there is only so much my body can manage) of my bingo wings. Check out you tube, there are loads of exercise on there you can do and you dont even need to get any weight. Watter bottles or cans of beans/soup etc are just as good :)

Well done on another awesome day. I have really been slacking for ages now but no more. the rest of March is gonna be awesome!!! For all of us. :)

Consumed 1300 cals today! Delighted. work was horrible, customers are so so rude sometimes. Im going to do this 10 min ab workout video in a hours time. I will let ye know how i get on tomorrow with it!!

Good on u for sticking with the green tea..I hear its meant to be great for ur metabolism. I hate hot drinks in every form. I tried green tea with peppermint for a bit but v.quickly gave it up I was just forcing myself to like it. I will need to try extra hard to like a hot drink. My attitude to drinks is if its not dizzy I'm not interested and dizzy juice even if it is diet still isn't good for u especially the amount of it I guzzle. One thing at a time tho once I get my eating under control I'll sort out the tea.

Thanks for the support means alot, ye are all too kind. Yesterday i ate like a woman on a mission for self destruction, I ATE SO SO BAD. I felt so guilty about it. Today has been an awesome day eating though. Consumed 1222 cals and brisk walked for 35 minutes. Delira, weigh in is friday and im feeling good about it. Even if the scales does not say the number i am expecting i feel so much better about myself inside and out:)


Going to do 20 mins of exercise videos later so wish me luck( lets hope i surive)

Thanks pet, but i had an awful day yesterday but i must keep getting back up on that horse and try again. I love green tea. Its really weird. I mean i am by far the least healthiest person ever, and i have gotten so into lately. You should so so drink it, if you have a few glasses you will get the taste for it, i am sure of it:D

Ah Princess( soooo cringey) I rather people refer to me as Irish or Kate, 'Princess' just seems so shallow and cocky, i don't know what was going through my mind when i came up with that name, i suppose i always wanted to be a princess!
