Irishprincess weight loss progress!!

Ate 1200 cals today. DELIRA. Work was horrible:( Had such little sleep last night. My sickness is after improving so much!


Weigh in day is tomorrow. And i ate SHIT yesterday, i just hope i havent gained anything or back in the 17's!! I'll keep ye posted!!


EVERYONE HAVE AN UNREAAAAAAL EASTER!! Ye deserve it:)


Hope everyone gets to spend it with family or someone special to them, lets remember it doesn't matter of how much little or big we have of things, but to be grateful as there are people who have less than us.

Lost 1.5 pounds this week. DELIGHTED.


Now weigh 16 stone 10.25 pounds!!



I'm off to enjoy chocolate and some of the boooold stuff today!!! Eating healthy starts again tomorrow:)

Looks like we're doing equally well with these Easter celebrations! ;) oh well, they will be over soon and then things can get back to normal :)

I have been so rubbish with everyones diaries of late :( so sorry. I have loads to catch up on with yours.

I know it was ages ago that you said about it but i am gonna mention that dreaded word.....Stretchmarks!!!!! I have them on the backs of my arms and legs as well as bum, hips and we wont even go near mentioning my stomach or boobs!!!!!!! but ya know what, all the exercise i do really really works. They are much much smaller than i ever hoped they would be and i do have the confidence to wear t-shirts etc. Ok i can't see myself ever being totally happy with the naked me but i just wanted you to know that it is not all a total loss. Do weights and you can make a huge difference :)

Not going out with friends AND having soup instead of take out!!!! You are totally rocking it girly :) So so proud of you. AND you are staying focused with food even though you are stressed with school work. You're awesome :)

Reading thru your posts i am loving the 'another great day' theme going on. You really are inspiring me to get my bloody backside back on track. I can totally feel the positive vibes hun :)

Loose skin, i agree with Rosie and Greg. You are young and if you lose at a steady rate and do weights etc it will tighten, exfoliating is good too and moisturising is good but i never remember lol. I'm 38 and am pretty chuffed with how toned i am. You can make a difference yourself hun.

Well done for getting back on track after a shit food day and a 1.5lb loss....So so pleased for you hun. Enjoy that easter egg hun, i certainly enjoyed mine.......Both of them.......yep i had 2!!!!

ASuper excited for your 1.5!!! That is a solid loss!! Well done princess!! Super super proud of you!! ....hope you had a great Easter and that your eating good today...just think we have no more big eating holidays till November...so it should be smooth sailing from here..haha...yeah right if it was only so easy!! :) But enjoy your loss you earned it!! Consumed 1700 cals today. EEEEEEEEK. Now, i know its not 1200 cals, but its not 3500 cals either:D


im going to stay positive. Did some study this morning, went for a '1hr' break and never got back to it.....


Instead, I have been facebook creeping and having the chats with my friends and family! As you do in times of having to study

Thanks so much for the kind messages on my diary,means so much to see the support when i come on here:):) i should have posted yesterday but i literally fell asleep at 8.30 pm and only woke an hour ago( 6am here to ye lovelies). I had a really good day eating yesterday, consumed 1448 cals and stuided ALOT( prrooooud) lets hope i can have another good day today.


Easter Sunday really messed up my healthy eating. BIGTIME. I ate bad on SUNDAY,MONDAY,TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY:(:(



Not going to happen again anytime soon!!


My next weigh in is sunday and im dreading it!!

sweetie cancel that transaction please! change your debit card too! its a massive scam they debit money (£75) from your account weeks later! It happened to my mate a year ago, and she got horrid stomach problems using the products too.

p.s. If you are looking for a little extra kick I'd have a look on the holland&barret website as they can actually be trusted not to rob you :) they do green tea and acai berry extracts which are supposed to be good for aiding weight loss, I recommend flaxseed, sea kelp and cod liver oil :) very good for you xxx
 
AJust checking in...so how did your weight in go? I have a lady at work that swears she lost weight..but only eating carbs before 4pm. I am a bread lover too...I don't know if I could handle that!!
 
Weigh in day today, gained 2.75 pounds this week!! Can't say it was not expected. I now weigh 237 pounds, yaaaaack. Straight away after i weighed myself today and seen the gain i was like, what te heck ima order a big mac large meal after work. Then i was like ' NO NO YOU WILL NOT, THE REASON WHY YOU GAINED WEIGHT THIS WEEK WAS BECAUSE YOU ATE LIKE A MONSTER FOR FOUUUUR DAYS, YOU DONT WANNA BE BACK IN THE SEVENTEEEEENS' haha anyway it worked..... ima big freak i knnnnnow



Consumed 1167 cals and im not even hungry! Gonna try to eat to 1250 tho!!

APrincess...don't feel the need to eat 1250 calories every day if your not hungry...we need to listen to our bodies...if you over eat one day...its ok to under eat with in reason...the next....calories are accumulative...and it a good idea to mix it up...so we keep our bodies guessing!!

Like Easter Sunday I ate 2200 calories...then Monday I was still felt full so I only ate 900 calories....and then Tuesday I ate pretty normal around 1300...So really for my three days I ate an average of 1466 calories a day.....that is more than ok. and healthy. Just saying don't fall into that you have to eat 1200 every day.. XOXO

Hang in there Hun!! YOU DID GREAT...not ordering that McDonalds!! Be proud of that!!

Aww Irish I am so proud of you! That's right, that burger would have just made you feel icky and fat, you are doing so awesome, I know you had a slip up, but look how you just talked yourself out of doing any more damage, that is definite progress!! Yaaaay! :hurray: I know you're gonna do this and I'm so freakin excited for you!



Oh- and referring to our little WLF get together - I'm insanely curious as to why in the world you'd want to visit the US?? It's like only 400 years old and booooooring, all we have here is like Disney and maybe beaches - you have castles for the love of god!! Seriously! So yeah... why? ;)
 
AGood job on not going to McD's, that stuff is bad! I agree with Tete, mix it up, if you don't feel like eating more, you don't have to. Some days I have a lot, others, only 900, just make sure you don't under eat every day :).

You'll lose those 2lb again, and more!
