Hey guys!!!



Today was another great day!!! Thank gooooooooood. I have consumed 1669 calories today but i did 80 mins of brisk walking which i estimated by using a health calculator that i burned 514 calories. Yep, you heard me right. I ACTUALLY DID SOME EXERCISE. I had my ipod on full blast and i was sweating buckets by the end of it, also i forgot to bring water so i was even more dying then:( But im so proud of myself that i actually did something thats positive today for my weight loss. Me and Time4Change both made a goal last night to get down to 180 lbs for CHRISTMAS TIME :D Lets hope that my body can actually do this.


Also got my period today and i feel and look like a whale but thats expected!

I love Louis, he really made my cry when he got emotional the other week. It made me so angry when that bloke accused him of sexual assault and was lying.

Hello my weight loss buddies! :seeya:Very annoying, wrote a very long post and laptop shut down!:cuss:


Anywaaaaaay moving swiftly on, i ate 1689 calories today. I keep wanting to eat 1200 calories a day but i keep getting too hungry. Also im starving while im writing this, my sister is across from me eating chocolate and crisps:( NOT FAIR!!:cuss:


Guys im going to be honest with ye, i ate about 500 calories today worth of bad food, I HAVE TO STOP THIS.CRAAAAAAVINGS.


Exercise today consisted of: walked for 20mins today and danced for 30 mins, also i danced for 30 mins, and i walked up and down the staires for 2mins and 11 seconds( i couldnt breath after this haha) my legs are still so sore after this.


I hope tomorrow i can consume 1200 calories and do more exercise. Thanks so much for the support guys!! Ye are the sweetest bunch of peeps evaaaaah :grouphug:

I'm 5'7 and i used to hate my height, i have been this height since i was 12 so i was always one of the tallest out of my class and friends, now im so so happy that i have abit of height on me because i can get away with carrying a few extra pounds. THANK GOD. Because my weight at the moment is so so outragious. But yeah, i love my height now:)

Hey Irish! Just a question, why are you aiming for 1200 a day?


I use a program and clock in my daily activities and exercise, and in a day I'll usually burn up to 3000cals... so to have a 1000cal deficit (or a loss of a kilo or 2lbs a week) I'm still eating just under or over 2000cals a day (usually depends on if I'm working or have a day off, or if I'm doing a workout or not).


I'd suggest jumping on a site like fitday.com and putting in your details, and your average daily activity and maybe adjusting your calories accordingly? You'll find it so much easier to stick to if you aren't starving all the time, I promise! Most people can eat so much more than they think they can and still lose considerable amounts of weight.

Haha I'm 5"7 too, and I was the same height when I was 12. Too funny... I used to tower over everyone in my class at school, then a few years later everyone started towering over me because I'd already stopped growing.

I am only 5'5 but i was that height at 11 and was a bit chubby too so stood out loads....Which i hated. That is what has made me so self concious and insecure. I still struggle with worrying about people looking at me. I would love to be 5'7 now. I feel such a short arse next to my 6'1 fella and 5'4 12 year old son!!!!

Good job for working out!! I'm proud you stuck to it . :hurray: I am deffinitely working out today and bought a pedometer yesterday so I can keep track of how much I walk around the house running after these munchkins all day lol. =DD

AHey Kate how r u today? Perhaps 1200cals is a bit low if ur hungry throughout the day. Why don't u up it to 1500-1600cals and if u do exercise then you will see results. Eventually u will hit a plateau and when this happens generally u will either have to increase ur exercise or reduce ur cals but if yr only eating 1200cals a day then this won't b an option for u.

But the 3of us have gotten off to a great start....I'm excited xx
 
Consumed 1400 calories and walked for 60mins!!! I also bought this cool shoulder bag......woo woo.


Feeling really tired today! And guess what? COLLEGE STARTS BACK TOMORROW. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Cant believe im going back, campus is going to have such a buzz tomorrow!! Im not one bit prepared. I dont even have a notebook to right in notes. YUCK.

Day 03 - A picture of your fitspiration. What features do you like about this person?[/b]





My fitspration has always been Britney Spears body in the 2001-2004 era. Ever since that moment she prefomed preformed 'Slave 4 U' at the VMA's 2001 ( i had just turned 11 at the time) I was stunned by how AMAZING her body was. The features i like about Britney and this person is that her body is toned all over, i love how toned her legs are...kinda like a warrior, you can see the muscles in them, they are well defined but not masculine looking. Like her body is very fit, but in a womanly way. I also love how toned her arms are and the confidence she had back in 2001-2004.She was so comfortable in her own skin and i always envied her over it!!


I know no matter how hard i work out from here to eternity, i will never look as good as that, but it gives me sooooooo much motivation when i look at this pic to carry on doing what im doing:)



Also, I remember shortly after i saw this performance on TV, i was determined to start getting my body toned and lose all the flab. Basically become healthy. I have been overweight my entire life, at 11 i was 12stone, and all my friends were 7 and a half stone. But of course i failed with my attempt to lose the flab. I ate like bread all around the place and walks everynight for 3 weeks before i gave up. I had no idea what calories my body needed to have to lose weight and also i just ad no education about healthy foods and exercise in general. If i had this website back in 2001 it would have made my life SO SO much easier, because i wouldn't have become obsese.


Sorry for my rambing on guys!! It feels good to get that off my chest:)

The reason i consume 1200 calories a day is because i know any less i will go into starvation mode and i want to lose the most weight i can:)

AI read this yesterday and I was thinking about Christina Agi-howeveryouspellit s well. Both Britney and her were super hot back then. I love Christinas body in the "dirty" music video, and I love britney in that skin tight pvc thing in the toxic vid. They do have the perfect bods.

I love Dita Von teeses body as well. So jealous of her tiny waist and curvy hips.
